KM takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.

As a rule, it is possible to use our website without providing personal data. Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process personal data that we receive from you by email via newsletter registration and via the enquiry button. Relevant information may include: Name, address, email address as well as the reason for your contact (interest in artists represented by KM, interest in artworks, exhibitions, publications as well as other content-related information).

This data is collected in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the Federal Data Protection Act. Data processing is carried out on the basis of your use of the enquiry button and/or registration for the newsletter in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.

Transfer to third parties
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is required by law.

Storage and deletion of data
The personal data collected by us via the enquiry button and/or the registration for our newsletter will be deleted by us after unsubscribing from the newsletter and/or within the scope of legal requirements.

Data subject rights
You have the right to information according to Art. 15 DSGVO, the right to correction according to Art. 16 DSGVO, the right to deletion according to Art. 17 DSGVO, the right to restriction of processing according to Art. 18 DSGVO, the right to object according to Art. 21 DSGVO and the right to data portability according to Art. 20 DSGVO. The restrictions of §§ 34, 35 BDSG apply.

Newsletter data and enquiry button
If you register for the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter.

If you wish to send us an enquiry via the website using our enquiry button, we process the data you enter. No further data is collected. We use this data on the basis of your consent and exclusively for sending the requested information. We do not pass them on to third parties.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example by sending an e-mail with the subject “unsubscribe” to info@km-galerie.com.

Data collection

Server log files
The provider of our website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
Browser type/browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, date and time of the server request.

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use.
